Your rights as a data subject

Using the contact data given for our data protection officer, you are able at any time to exercise the following rights:

  • the right to receive information about the data we hold and its processing (art. 15 GDPR),
  • the right to rectification of personal data (art. 16 GDPR),
  • the right to erasure of the data we hold (art. 17 GDPR),
  • the right to restriction of processing if, for legal reasons, we are unable to erase your data (art. 18 GDPR),
  • the right to object to our processing of your data (art. 21 GDPR), and
  • the right to data portability, if you have approved data processing or have concluded a contract with us (art. 20 GDPR).

If you have communicated your consent to us, you are able to withdraw it at any time with future effect.

You can make a complaint at any time to a supervisory authority, e.g. to the responsible regulatory authority in your Federal State of residence, or to the authority responsible for us.

Contact Form

Type and purpose of the data processing:

The data entered by you are stored for the purpose of individual communication with you. To this end, you need to enter a valid email address and your name. These allow us to assign the query to its subsequent answer. Entering additional data is optional.

Legal basis:

The processing of the data entered in the contact form takes place on the basis of a legitimate interest (art. 6 para. 1 (f) GDPR).

By providing the contact form, we wish to provide you with an uncomplicated means of getting in touch. The information you provide will be stored for the purpose of answering your query and any subsequent questions.

If you get in touch with us to ask for an offer, processing of the
data entered in the contact form will take place in order to carry out pre-contractual measures (art. 6
para. 1 (b) GDPR).

Recipients:

The recipients of the data could include external processors.

Duration of storage:

Data will be deleted at the latest 6 months after processing of the request.

If a new contractual relationship is drawn up, we will be subject to the
HGB’s retention periods and will delete your data when they have expired.

Obligatory or necessary data provision:

You provide your personal data on a voluntary basis. However, we can only process your queries if you send us your name, email address and reason for making the query.

SSL-Encryption

To ensure the data you transfer are secure we use state-of-the-art encryption (e.g. SSL) or HTTPS.

Information on your right to object as per art. 21 GDPR

Right to object on grounds relating to the particular situation

You also have the right, at any time, to object to the processing of your personal data based on art. 6 para. 1 (f) GDPR (data processing based on the balance of interests) on grounds relating to your personal situation; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions as per art. 4 para. 4 GDPR.

If you object, we will no longer process your personal data, as long as we cannot demonstrate any compelling reasons for the processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms; or of the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

We reserve the right to adjust this data protection declaration so that it always corresponds to the current legal requirements or in order to implement changes to our services in the data protection declaration, e.g. when new services are introduced.
